I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits

Question

I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits and it's not showing I've purchased them. I got an order confirmation email; moneys been taken out and it's not giving me the option to download and wants me to re-purchase them. I went to report it on the app, but the Ea help isn't working either lol. i feel scammed by Ea so so please help. I've logged in and out, nothings worked so far.

JustJemm&nbsp;You need to log into the account that you bought the packs on. Also download the base game if you haven't already got it on that account.

You have to log out and log back into the app. Happened to me as well.&nbsp;
