i had to make space for the sims 4 update. and made a copy of the sims 4 files. when the download was done i saw that my sims was reset or something and i dont have my saved sims on it i lost all the whole play of my sims. and know i need to start all over.
do somebody have any idea what to do?

mwamqr4y4ux0 Do you remember where you moved or copied the files to? If so, look there to see whether the files are still present. If they are, they can be restored to the folder the game is reading. Here's how to find it:

If you're not sure where your saves might have gone, open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter Slot_ in the search field in the upper-right corner. The search may take a while to finish, but hopefully it'll turn up some results. For any save file, you can click it and select the "Open file location" menu button to jump to that location.
