@brihhh Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and reinstall it. Run it as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
If that doesn't work, and your computer has wifi, please try a different connection, for example using your phone as a mobile hotspot, with the phone using data rather than your home wifi. This isn't a solution, especially if your data is very limited, but it's a helpful diagnostic step. And if you use a VPN, please try disabling it.
