Immortal sims , nameless world , broken relationships ,constant resetting

I've noticed these wonderful bugs in my game and they all seem to be related to the Get together and city life expansion packs. 

1.) My city life world is / was completely nameless. There were no building names , household names , sims names , lot names , apartment names. There was nothing. Repairing the game solved nothing. In fact repairing the game through origin would just reset any naming i previously inserted.

2.) My sims will either stop aging or will never begin the process in the beginning. The age bar will appear gray and empty and when i hover the mouse over it , i am greeted with the message of my sim should age in one day. And one day happens and no progress happens on the bar. This error seems to only happen to elder and adult sims and does not go away. Not if i evict them , reset them , move them to another lot, neighborhood , town , .. etc. whatever. Hell , sending them to cas mode won't even fix this problem. It happens to random sims too.

2b.) These sims do not die either. Not with cheats , "natural causes" , or through forced incidents .The sims magically save themselves EVERY time

3.) The relationships will reset even with full green bar. I could have two sims with a friendship and romance relationship both at 100% - the soul mates level - and one sim will reject the other like it's a stranger.  This happens through all relationships. Sims will act as if their best friend is a stranger.  Or their supposed soul mate is just a romantic interest. Same with enemies, they'll react as if they're friends

4.) This problem i find odd. i could have multiple interactions going and the game will reset the sims. It happens frequently , along with the Apartment key holders who will visit every 2-4 sim hours daily in loop.

how do i fix these problems??? Escpecially the imoortal sims. I have to age them through cas because they refuse to age anyother way.

I play the game without mods. I only use cheats.

cheats i use

- fill needs

-add skills

-promote sims

-reset sim

-fix strangely broken relationships ( i think it's odd that i can have two married sims with full relationship bars be acquaintances , lovers ,and married )

-edit in cas. mostly to change traits , outfits of random sims , outfits of my sims , and some times sim weights

* these problems seem to only occur in sims who I've played at least once
