    Sorry I just checked this again, but I figured it out it was my resolution in settings causing the issue lol.

MisfitBec  Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot or two of the issue.

Took all mods out and even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it still the same
