Okay, so then the second baby does not really exist. Things like this could be caused by a mod, even if they have nothing to do with babies. But removing them will not probably fix this, just prevent it from happening next time.
Maybe you could test ageing up the baby and see what happens? If the fake baby stays like it is, enter testingcheats true in the cheat bar, shift-click the bassinet/fake baby and see if you can delete/reset it.
If you do not want your baby to become a toddler just yet you can choose not to save.
When I aged up the baby it wouldn't let me interact with it anymore. What I mean is I couldn't click the baby, feed it, nothing.
