frostythevampire Does this happen in a new save too? Please test for comparison's sake and let me know. If only your existing saves are affected, is there a pattern to when this happens, for example when you're playing one household but not another?
Your dxdiag only lists a couple of Sims 4 errors, and ones that are too generic to be any use here. I don't see anything else obvious that needs to be addressed or that would account for the issue.
