Only a specific household that I try to load won't load. I recently installed Windows 10 and everything was working fine until i tried to load my household from Oasis Springs. The game loads for about 10 minutes or more and then the gem stops spinning completely and freezes although the music resumes playing. My other household in the first world loads just fine. I have 3 households total. One loads, one doesn't, and the other I haven't tried, assuming only my one game has the issue. Could it be because of the cheat codes?
@Tenderlicious00 I don't think cheats could cause that. Are you using mods or custom content? If so, could you remove them from your mods folder and try to load your game again?
@JaiCSimmer Did you update your graphics card's drivers as it's suggested in the first post?

@9divine9 Please, disable temporarily your antivirus program and check if the game works that way. (Remember to enable it again once you have closed the game after trying)
If you don't know how to do that, tell us which antivirus program your are using.
If the game works once the anti-virus is disabled, make sure to add the game and Origin to your antivirus program's exceptions.

I'm using Windows Defender and I've tried what you said but that still doesn't work. I've been waiting over a month to play....
