[INFO] Sims 4 and Windows 10

Since I installed Windows 10, the first time I tried to play The Sims 4 I get the stupid error that says something like,
"cannot start because of missing or damaged data" Now, I also had not played in a few months, so it was possibly broken before this, but besides updates, upgrading to Windows 10 is all that has changed on my PC.
I tried everything.
I have tried the links to fix the issue that I found doing a Google search. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried reinstalling it onto my C drive(was previously on D, I restarted. Nothing is working.
I CANNOT FIX IT, no matter what I do.
Please do not send me to the "fix" that enables the Beta or whatever, I tried that and it did NOTHING for me.
Do not tell me to delete the files, Did that, with nothing to show.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW!

Just to be sure, did you only reinstall the game or Origin too ? Did you rename user folder as well ?
