[INFO] Sims 4 and Windows 10

I've uninstalled origin, sims 4 cleaned out the old origin folders and my game still wont go past the opening loading screen of "The Sims 4". It just plays music then stops and when I click on the screen it says sims 4 is not responding wait or close program. I updated my drivers i've installed all the updates for my computer and when I run the troubleshoot compatibility it tells me to try different options, i've tried them all and nothing works. When i'm finished it tells me there is a problem and that the game isn't compatible even when its ran in windows 8 and later. Whats going on why wont it continue, someone help!
