Initialization error at start up <135dec40:90f960cf:00000075:495f32a0>

Hi, for 48h straight I've been having an issue with starting my game. 

I've tried everything to fix the game, as I've scrolled through the forum, but still nothing, I tried starting it up from the files, tried reinstalling EA app, cleared my mods, deleting the files and making a clean new game, but nothing helped me. 

Furthermore, I cannot uninstall the game, as my boyfriend suggested, since he thought it could be an issue for the localisation of the files, or the language settings, since I live in Poland. I've been playing this game for over a year, spent more than 2k on all of the add-ons, I'm not mad it's not starting, I'm mad I spent a lot of money into this game and then I can't play it. 

It all began with the text being codes or invisible, so I tried to delete my mods, as one of your tech guy wrote, then it was this initialization thing I cannot fix in any way. 

I'm getting really pissed, for I have tried anything you've written in these discussions and nothing seems working for me, especially after I tried for so long and had no results. I'm starting to lose my hopes and believing I will not be able to play this game ever again. 

Please leave anything that might help me, because anything we thought of is clearly not working for me.
