Sims 4 Won't launch after reinstall - Tried Everything

After reinstalling both the EA app and the sims 4 my game wont launch at all. I'll click play, it will load for 3 seconds and then the EA app will reappear on my screen. There is no error message or anything. I have tried repairing the files, checking the download location. Verifying the integrity of the files. Even going as far as making sure nothing on my computer windows wise is corrupted. Has anyone had this issue? have there been any fixes for it? Also I should note that I do not have any CC in my game at all it is currently sitting on a different drive.

    Divinity4177​  Do you have a Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts?  If so, please remove or rename it (no need to delete it) and try again to play.

    If this doesn't help, or you don't have a Sims 4 folder there, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
