Invalid license error
I have been having this issue for a month now. I've contacted support numerous times. I've uninstalled my app, I've deleted the license folder, I've forced updated the EA App, I did a soft reboot/clean reboot, whatever it was called. I have done EVERYTHING. The license folder doesn't even have a file for the sims 4, the chatbot and forums I checked said that it should recreate the folder when I delete it...It doesn't. And this isn't an issue on my laptops end because multiple other pcs I have are having the same issue. I am losing my mind and EA is being beyond unhelpful. I have 10k hours on the sims 4 and have put countless amounts of money into it. And this has been an issue for YEARS apparently. This did not happen until earlier this month, I updated my game, as per usual, and boom. Now my game is saying I have an invalid license. All my other games work just fine, its only the Sims 4. Please I am desperate at this point and EA is just not helping in the slightest. All I was told was that "its unfixable for now and to keep an eye on twitter". Like hello.
