Invisible EA items
Furniture items become invisible when outside under a roof. Whenever i delete the roof the items appear. I am on Dx-11 as I found others who have this issue weren't but I'm not on laptop mode either.

iiAeula Please post a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings. You can put the game into windowed mode and use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
