Community ManagerHave you spoken directly with live support, or were you only being redirected to articles on the help site?
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get in touch with an advisor through the live-support feature yet. Every time I complete filling out the form, I don't receive a follow-up. I am unsure of how the live-support would reach out to me, but so far no one has contacted me, not via email nor via any on-site chat/messaging.
I appreciate that you tried to help me out tho!
Maybe I’ll just have to accept that I won't be able to use the gallery or be able to save any of my builds😅
