issue to play

I have a problem that i have tried several things to fix, but wont work. I`m playing from a PC and have downloaded the EA app and recently when i try to play there is coming up like an error that i cant play this game because it`s broken and that i should try to repair or unistal the game and the app, that wont work, i have tried several times.
