Issue with my add on

I recently just purchased the University add on and got a confirmation email and everything. I go to the store it says I own the add on. When i go to download it, it gets stuck in "installing" and then says I dont own the add on. I've tried reaching out to EA but no response, hoping someone else has had the same issue.

    Dealing with the same thing right now, I bought Horse ranch, Cool Kitchen and Werewolves pack and I get the same message as you. 

    Already tried restarting the app, repair, clear cache but nothing fixes the issue.

    when I go in game it says I own the packs

    baseballstar228 arckios  Please clear the EA App's cache again, if you haven't already:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    and try again to download the pack(s) under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  Sometimes it takes a little while for the App to allow the download of new content.

    If you still can't install the DLC, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

    I ended up going to sleep and just tried downloading the DLC again and it worked this time, maybe there was some delay on the licence being activated. issue is now resolved for me. baseballstar228 id recommend trying again since its seems to be fixed for me !

    arckiossame thing ended up happening  for me. I looked at the order history and it showed two different charges one was failed but the other one completed. Im assuming the completed one took a while or something
