Issue with Sim not showing up in Social Event Planning

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to assign a host to social events
What happens when the bug occurs? When I attempt to do any social event with my sim she does not come up in the host category (picture attached) or the attendee category. She is a young adult and she is the only one I've noticed the issue with. I have tried to change event types, change it from goaled events, etc. She is the only one in the household.
What do you expect to see? My sim being an option to host events
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
