_Pagxn666 I've moved your post to the Sims 4 PC tech section since this is a technical issue and not a game bug. The typical cause of this error is an antivirus blocking Sims 4 from running. So please set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in. Set one for EADesktop.exe while you're there. This article has a few examples of how to do this with common AV programs:

You may need to repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) as well.
I’ve repaired the game countless times.
It says i’m missing DLL files however i have not touched them. My antivirus has never blocked the sims 4 (and previous sims games)
