Issues w/ Sims 4 & Add-ons

Question

I recently purchased an external harddrive.&nbsp; My sims 4 shows game downladed and all add-ons installed yet when I launch the game within EA App usinging my external harddrive or not none of my expansions packs are showing yet they are saying its installed.&nbsp; I cleared EA APP cache, uninstalled then re-installed the game, the app and still no luck PLEASE HELP&nbsp;
