LuniLove17 Please disable any services related to Killer Networks in the Task Manager before you try to play. One of its processes is crashing repeatedly, and while I can't tell from the dxdiag whether this has anything to do with Sims 4, it's clearly some kind of problem.
If that doesn't help, please unplug the monitor that's currently connected to the motherboard, with your computer turned off of course. If that doesn't help either, disconnect any other nonessential peripherals like a VR headset.
JanuaryGarnet08 Sometimes the "failed to launch game" error happens after the game crashes and if you don't also restart your computer, so please restart and see whether it helps. If you're still getting the same error, please see the first post of this master thread:
