jl3679 It's not clear from your description whether the problem is the EA App, Sims 4, or your user data. That's why I asked you to test, to find out either way. I can't help you if you don't do that.
Moving a folder is as simple as dragging and dropping. Or you can rename the folder instead. If this or running a dxdiag is beyond your skill set or comfort, maybe you can ask someone for help. But I'm flying blind without more information. And in case it's not clear, I don't work for EA; I'm a volunteer doing this on my own time.
