keep getting error code 20:403

I played last night, went to open the game from Steam a couple hours ago and got error code 20:403 and it tells me to use origin. I uninstalled and installed again using the EA app and then got the same error, tried one more time and got the same error again. 

Anyone know what's going on/can help me???
