Keeps getting Stuck on SavingScreen

I've had this problem a lot recently. The Game keeps getting stuck on saving screen, won't stop til I force the game shut through the task manager. 

I can play for 17 minutes and then save to make sure, then it gets stuck and I'll end up having to force it shut and redo.

I use mods, I've gone through my Mods, updated and removed conflicted Mods/CustomContent. Nothing makes change there. 

Repaired my game aswell.

What do I do? This happens everytime.

    S166e__  Does this happen with no mods or custom content present at all?  Please test if you haven't already.  You can use "save as" rather than "save" so you don't overwrite your progress with the mods and cc removed.  You can also try "save as" with your mods and cc present, in case it helps.

    If you can't save even with no mods or cc, let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer.
