Lagging and Not loading

Everything was fine earlier this morning but now I am having issues. When I could get into the game play it is really lagging and forces me to restart the game. I try and restart and I get the never-ending blue load screen. I've tried everything and I know this isn't an issue on my end.

    Same here. It was doing fine since october 18.  Now I open EA app, start the game; I see the publicity screen, then my Sims family. After that, it's only a serie of blue screen with the "how to" phrases... Didn't add any mods for more than a month!
