e0cef07e66014ebf That's a really tight budget, and there aren't a lot of good options out there. But what do you think about this one?
It doesn't have much storage, but enough for Sims 4, your saves, and a small collection of mods and custom content (maybe 10 GB or so). It should be able to run the game on medium-high graphics settings, which is better than I thought I'd find when I started this search. I can keep looking, but I suspect I won't find anything better, and maybe not anything even as good.
If you don't like it for whatever reason, let me know why, and I'll try to find something more suitable.
