Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
@jpkarlsen I've already done that twice before but I still can't seem to find what the problem is and I thought all of that code stuff would help pinpoint it.

Then you just need to figure out which do not work and see if the author has updated them.
- @QueenB061402 You have at least one mod from SrslySims that is faulty.
