Life of the Party content not showing in game

I have the Limited Edition of Sims 4 and the Life of the Party items are not showing up in CAS, it is showing up under manage add-on in the ea app though

I did read the 'Installed packs don't load in-game' Post but I've never has the CAS demo installed on this pc

I tried emailing support but nothing came of that
