Lights don't work/Hot tub water invisible. Patch glitch?

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I click on "Turn on all lights" all the lights turn off. This only affects some of my saves (one of my Sims house is a CC and it is affected. Another save has no CC and isn't effected.) The water in the Hot Tub seems to be invisible unless you move your cursor over it (This save has no CCs and is the only one affected).
What do you expect to see? All lights should turn on when "Turn on All Lights" is clicked. Water in Hot Tub should be visible at all times.

I have been having these problems since the patch update on November 7th.

I talked to one on my coworkers who plays the Sims and she has been having the same problem since the November 7th patch update.
