link2ea and eadesktop error, please help
please I just downloaded The Sims 4 today from steam but when I open it what appears instead is link2ea and eadesktop, please help me, I have tried many things and my windows is still windows 7, I don't know if it has an effect but if so I will upgrade to win 10 as soon as possible.
@Wildcactus11 Please open the EA App first, and specifically run it as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Make sure it's fully loaded before trying to launch Sims 4.
If that doesn't help, please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and use the Intensive scanning method. Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.
If that doesn't help either, updating to Windows 10 should fix the problem.
