load simmer

I can´t see the topic to load my simmer, I can only make a new or gallery. Why can´t i load my old simmer? I have tried to install it again and it doesn't work.

    @2012Perle Maybe EA_Solaire has another suggestion when they get back to you, but I only have one left.

    If you have OneDrive (windows) or icloud (Mac), check the drive location for a copy of your documents and see if you have a sims 4 folder stored on there.

    Hi there @2012Perle,

    Do you mean you're trying to load a previous save file, and you're not seeing that option, or are you trying to place a Sim from the Manage Worlds section?

    Can you attach some screenshots of what you're seeing to your post please?

    Hi @EA_Solaire 

    I don´t have the option to load a simmer/Household you can play continue on.  it happens after I update the sims.

    My documents > electronic arts

    Do you have one or more folders in there?

    In the 'The sims 4' folder there, check the folder that says 'saves', is there anything in there?
