maria_connor Please clarify these points for me:
- Was your computer offline, as in, you disabled wifi and/or disconnected the ethernet cable; or did you only have Steam and the EA App in offline mode?
- Did you try the clean boot with your computer offline as well?
- Does Config.log list your Nvidia graphics card under Graphics device info, or something else?
- Where is Sims 4 installed? This is the location Steam downloaded it, and the Sims 4 folder would have subfolders like Data, Delta, and Game, as well as folders for each pack you've installed.
- What antivirus do you use, and have you set exceptions in it for anything Sims 4-related?
