Loading Screen Glitch

Hello!
I have an issue with my game. The other day my Sims 4 game was working well, but all of a sudden no matter what I do, the game doesn’t load. I click open the game on EA App, it opens, it loads, I click on a save, and it just never finishes loading. This is whether CC is enabled or not. I thought that maybe CC would be the issue, but even if I make a new save with no CC, the relentless loading screen still occurs. 

Anyone have any tips for me? I have For Rent, Wedding Stories, Vamps, Snowy Scape, Seasons, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Movie Hangout, Simtimates, Growing Together, Get Togther, Get to Work, Dine Out, City Living, Cats and Dogs, and Bowling Night. 

My computer is an Inspiron 15 700 Series 7567. I5 7300HQ, GTX 1050. I know my computer is a little old, but I think it should work. I have an SSD.  

If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.

    23c744f9699d147c  Deos the lot you're trying to load use the Off the Grid challenge?  If so, remove it.  You can choose Load Game rather than Resume and load directly into Build mode from Manage Worlds.

    If that's not the issue, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try again to load this household and see whether you get a new LE.  If you do, attach it to a reply here.  You can leave it as a .txt, but you'll need to delete the file's first line.

    Please remove your Mods folder for now, at least until the game (or this particular save) is working correctly.  You don't need to save your progress.
