Jackdanie1 Try setting your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home wifi, and connecting to that. A one-time test shouldn't use too much data, and it'll tell you whether the problem is your network (router, ISP) or something else. If it's the network, powercycling the router may help.
Your dxdiag shows a pile of Sims 4 errors but mostly generic ones, and nothing about a network issue.

I power cycled the router, didn't work. I tried to turn on hotspot and my iPhone said I need to change my plan....even tried to add 1 month to plan online and it said I need to call or go to an AT&T store. Too much effort to test.
Maybe it will go back to working again like last time before the Reaper Event ends. Thanks for trying!
