I don't have mods or CC (mainly bc I'm scared of it bloating my game and making it more finicky), but I did accidentally save it, so I do suppose that now this is permanent. As well I have just found that my library was completely erased as well, which only adds to how bizarre this is.
You may be able to load an older save. Please try that.
