Lost Saved Game
I clicked on the EA app just now to see if the game was back working which it is. However, my saved game is gone. The only option I have is to start a new game. Is there still an issue with the game or did I actually lose my game?

chillyw316 Please find the saves folder inside the Sims 4 folder the game is reading. Here's how:

If there are any files inside that folder, please post a screenshot so I can take a look. If it's empty, please see the first post of this master thread for disappearing user files:
