Community ManagerI had to turn it off. My parent SIMs were glitching a lot. Not moving at all. I even closed my game out and went back in, still nothing. I even restarted my laptop. Finally disabled it. Do not appreciate this thing being turned on when I didn't want it. My game plays better without it. Don't get me wrong I still have issues but not to the point where the parents are absolutely frozen.

What happens when the bug occurs? My parents in the main played household freeze, won't move at all
What do you expect to see? Them not freeze
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I had 3 Mods but deleted them before the last update. I put the Thermostat mod back in but doesn't seem to be working so not sure if it is on.
