Missing Get to Work

OP, have you been able to find a solution? I'm essentially having the same issue except I'm only missing one from my account. I bought the deluxe edition back when the game was still being sold rather than being a free download and the DLC (back to work) that I chose to bundle with it has gone MIA and emailing customer support has gone absolutely no where and they have straight up ghosted me at this point and it appears this is a global issue because I've also seen legacy deluxe players mention the same issue on reddit.

    If Get to Work has gone missing for you, it sounds like you were accessing this pack through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership.

    I did NOT use the play membership. never have and never will. As stated multiple times via email to the customer experience team, I PURCHASED the game and DLC of choice (Get to Work in this case) as a bundle by BUYING the deluxe edition of the game back in the legacy days when the base game itself was still sold and was NOT a free download. The game AND DLC were in fact purchased as a bundle years ago as a single purchase, not through some membership. I have in fact provided them already w/ eReceipt info and screenshots of various things to help resolve the problem yet the issue continues to go unresolved and the customer experience team has not responded since October 24, 2024. I refuse to re-purchase content I have already paid for just because y'all's servers glitched and removed content from my ACCOUNT that was ALREADY PAID FOR. I have not been able to play my game in nearly a year due to it alerting me that I am missing DLC content for it. I need this fixed ASAP at this point as I am losing my patience regarding this issue.

    If you have your Xbox gamertag attached to your EA account, and you have or previously had Xbox Ultimate, that would include an EA Play membership, which is most likely how you were accessing Get to Work.

    Please attach a screenshot to your post of the order history showing this purchase for Get to Work- be sure to block out any personal info, including the order number.

    I play on PC, and no it was NOT how I was accessing Get to Work. as stated multiple times, I PURCHASED it along with my copy of Sims 4 Deluxe before it became a free to play game. i have had ultimate in the past but as far as I'm aware, never had EA connected to my Microsoft account. I've played this DLC after my Ultimate expired.
