Missing Get To Work

I bought the sims 4 in September of 2022. When I bought it the Get to Work pack was included in my purchase. I went to login to my saved game today and it says I need the Get to Work pack to play the...

    Hi all,

    Please first verify that your Xbox Ultimate membership is currently active. If your membership is active, please try launching The Sims 4 through the Xbox PC app- once you've launched through Xbox PC, you should be able to play via EA app again.

    If you still have issues once you've tried this, please let me know!

    what if im playing on an older pc that cant install the xbox app cause im on windows 10 not 11 ? is there a work around? or am i s.o.l.?

      hey nevermind i just loaded into ea and my dlc get to work is downloadable again as my medal of honor warchest is back in my game folder. what ever you guy did you fixed it thank you oh so much.
