Missing Jungle Adventure and Luxury Party pack

The Sims 4 also say that I don't own/have Jungle Adventures and Luxury Party pack even though I've had them for years and have played several saves where I have used the build-buy content and have visited the vacation world. I've been trying to have this problem resolved for MONTHS but every time I try to reach out for help they always stick with an AI chatbot or a human who is, ironically, using an AI chat bot. I have been playing this game for over ten years (actually, since 2009) and I am so fed up AND PISSED.

    if all purchases were done via origin or ea app, what can i do then???

    I purchased them separately. I believe I got Luxury Party when it was temporarily given out for free during 2024-ish, but I remember when I went through my EA transactions/wallet a few months ago, some of my sims purchases appeared as blank lines (?) or the overall description is non-accessible in comparison to the others. No idea if that's what's contributing to it, but yes, I at least paid full price for Jungle Adventure.

    edit: it's been so long that I also think I mightve purchased jungle adventure through a bundle on the EA app...

    edit: also I've only ever used origin and the ea app... never epic.

    Hey lunarshowers​, 

    Just to confirm, did you purchase the Jungle Adventure and Luxury Party packs separately, or were you accessing them for free through Epic? 

    If it's the latter, and you're not seeing any transactions for those packs in your Order History page, please check whether your Epic account is still linked with the EA account you use to play The Sims 4 in your Connected Accounts page.
