the first problem is that the game glitches and takes a lot of time to open, second is that the game doesn't connect to the internet at all, third problem is that the sims characters get frozen in place and doesn't move at all even when i give it an command to do it just freezes in place, fourth is that when i save the game it takes a lot of time to save the game and what i did 😭

  • sara_jon3  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet either manually or from the Gallery; just start a new save (fresh sims and a default house; nothing from the Gallery even if you made it yourself) and see which problems are still present.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

  • the game is working without any mods cc but when i travel to any other places that are part of the game it glitches, when the mods are in the game the game doesn't work at all and it freezes and takes time to load and exit the game, and it doesn't connect to the internet at all, and before the last update the game was working good after the last update the game isn't working at all

  • sara_jon3  Your computer's C drive is very low on space, enough that this could be contributing to the issue.  If you're able to move anything to one of your drives with more space, please do so.  Let me know if you need help moving Sims 4 content specifically, or see this guide:

Your dxdiag also shows that the computer's graphics driver has been crashing.  Intel offers a newer driver for your family of processor and graphics chip here, towards the bottom of the page:

You'll want the first entry, with version number 15.33.53.5161.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart the computer afterwards and before trying to play.  If you for some reason can't install this driver, here's a workaround:
