Missing Purchased Games

Hello,

Ever since I transitioned from Origin to the EA app on PC a couple years ago all my games have disappeared. I have been in a continuous battle through emails and now cases, but they always close out and I cannot "resume" any of them. Some games were gifts, some were free through the app, and some I purchased (and have proof of purchase). I don't understand why a multi-billion dollar company cannot help me get my games back, proof of purchase or otherwise. 

Has anyone been able to get their games back as I know some people also experienced this issue?

  • ea120281d9152b25  Are you absolutely sure you've signed into the correct EA account?  I ask because using the wrong account, as in, not the one that owns your content, has been a common mistake in the time since the EA App fully replaced Origin.  If you're not sure, try signing into the App with any other email address you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password reset email.

    If you're sure you're using the correct account, please sign into ea.com with this account, open Account Settings > Order History, and see whether you can find your purchases.  If not, then they're on a different account, however that happened.  (I've seen some strange glitches.)  In that case, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask for help finding your content.  If you can dig up credit card receipts or email confirmations, be sure to upload those when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly suggest using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.  Using the site while not signed in, and continuing without signing in, is also sometimes a good option.

    I changed emails right after the switch happened, and so I don't have any order history under this account. That's the biggest issue - a majority of my purchases were under an old email, however, there is no account information under my previous email and for whatever reason I don't have a lot of the receipts for the games I purchased and know I owned.

    The live chat doesn't work for me. The bot keeps sending me in circles and my tickets keep getting automatically closed out, so I have no way to contact EA customer support.
