missing spa venue in Sims 4

I have all of the expansion packs and stuff packs for Sims 4 except for the Spooky Package.

I haven't been able to play the spa or find the spa venue in my game for at least a year...  I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but when I look at the games in my library on Origin it says that I last played in October 2014... I have been playing regularly since I purchased the game and the last time was yesterday.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game... I even tried the repair game option... I still can't find the spa venue.
