after double checking my mods folder I forgot to remove the Tmex-BetterBuildBuy mod which was causing this issue, as soon as I removed this mod the issue was fixed in all saves hopes this helps

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game with sims having friends or family outwith their household you play with
What happens when the bug occurs? the loading screen starts and sim are taken to a festival and given a task or to the hidden dance parties or a friends house
What do you expect to see? one example is my sim appears at the said place my sims was going to work but instead the loding screen occurred and my sim was taken to the festival to sample food instead
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. this seemed to occur after the laundry list patch
i did not do this action in the added file nor did i get anyone asking me to jion my sim was added automatically
