    after double checking my mods folder I forgot to remove the Tmex-BetterBuildBuy mod which was causing this issue, as soon as I removed this mod the issue was fixed in all saves hopes this helps

@joffy5 This has been a mod issue for others.

Please make sure your mods folder is empty and delete your cache files for testing.

    @joffy5 Did you try a folder reset and test on a new save and still get the issue ?

      i'm working on it might be tool mod  it's not just being added to clubs it's stims travelling without my say too
