My computer says "cannot connect to EA server" when i try to play sims 4??
i just downloaded sims 4 and when i click play it pops up with "cannot connect to EA server please try again" ive restarted my computer and i dont know what to do???

... 4 days of searching here. and finally found a firewall still up. ea games needs to update their page to teach people how to disable their firewalls. still not planning on buying anymore of their games. sticking to xbox and playstation from here on out
So your issue was a firewall?
Even without the receipt I would still demand a refund. I'm just going to have to wait for my new laptop to arrive on Friday.. Though this is ridiculous and ea customer support doesn't help! Didn't provide any solutions.
