EL670419 Which worlds are missing? Do you see any other content from those packs in-game?
Please also let me know whether the packs are listed as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. I'm not sure from your description if that's what you mean.
For the performance issue, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
As you can see from the picture I have all in the list installed in my Ea App.
