My expansion packs, and digital downloads are not showing in my worlds list??

Hi, can anyone help me!! I have 11 Add on, and Discs too  and I see them in my library  and can not click on them, but  some are digital and some are Discs. once in at the screen of my list of ...

EL670419​  I actually wanted the full dxdiag, saved as a text file.  The info you've posted is only a fraction of what the full file contains.

As for your installed packs, are you saying that none of the worlds that come with these EPs are present in your game?  Do you see any other content from these packs?  Please check and let me know.  There are multiple potential issues here and I need to be sure which one you're seeing.

No expansion packs are showing in my Sims4 worlds they are missing. yet are showing in the list in the App Origin.
