everytime I put the worn out cabinet from the city living expansion my game crashes, I thought it was a broken mod but it wasnt, I disabled the mods and it still happens, how can I fix it? I already managed the game
9cdim33gu4t4 Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode, if it's not already. You can check at the Main Menu, in the lower-left corner: after the version number, you'll see DX9 or DX11. If it says DX9, open the EA App, choose Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
