My game doesn't work

the game starts, the loading screen is displayed, but when the start screen should appear, the game turns off. my computer meets all the requirements and until yesterday the game was working without any problems. I repaired the game many times, also uninstalled and reinstalled it. I cleared the cache and removed all mods from the sims folder.
